The fourteenth instalment in a series of literature surveys which, according to the editors' preface, are intended above all as a tool: to make the widely scattered numismatic literature easier for historians and archaeologists to use, and so to encourage cooperation between numismatics and its neighbouring disciplines. Since 1954 the series has covered Sicily, Epirus, Macedonia, the Peloponnese, Euboea, Mysia with the Troad, Aeolis and Lesbos, Spain, the cistophori, Ionia, Moesia, Thrace, central Greece and ancient Jewish coins. The present part covers the literature on the coinage of Cyprus, with a list of abbreviations, a bibliographic arrangement and references to find reports.
