Abstract

The author studies the tetradrachms of Odessos of Alexander-type on its whole, trying to give a relative chronology, based on stylistic considerations and die identities. He concludes that there are two groups, one dated before and after 190 B.C., the second dated between 120 and 72 B.C. the date of the arrival of the Romans
