Abstract
This 6th contribution to a die corpus is based on 637 coins for Regensburg in the years 983995. A die analysis shows that by the beginning of Swedish hoards there is a large quantity of material, however, that there is no increasing number of dies for the time of the second reign of Heinrich II in 985/995. There is an unaltered figure of a yearly production of denarii of around 110000 pieces. For the preceding short reign of Heinrich III (983-984) figures are atypical, as on the one hand there is, caused by the low standard of coinage, a shortage of material come upon us, and as on the other hand there is the fact that those dies used had not been worn out in their short period of striking
