Abstract
Following his earlier work on the Roman coin hoards of Bavaria, the author makes known several new finds which, although they cannot be recorded in full, remain of interest as supplements. Two are parts of denarius hoards scattered either in antiquity through destruction or later through cultivation; in both cases the finders kept watch on the spot so that further portions were recovered, yet the full extent remains open and the burial can be placed only roughly in the first half of the third century. A third, almost complete find belongs to the end of the third century and a fourth to the fourth. At Gnotzheim in 1966 a field track running straight through the auxiliary fort was widened and concreted without archaeological supervision, a loss for research.
