The Fürth medallist and jeton producer Johann Christian Reich (1730 to 1814)

Johann Christian Reich was among the most productive medallists of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. He created more than 400 jetons and over 150 medals on important figures and events of his time. The lecture illuminated Reich's career as a court medallist and the collaboration with his son.
