The false gulden broadsheets of 1482

The lecture dealt with prints of the late 15th century that warned against forgeries of gold gulden. All known false-gulden broadsheets were presented, their models analysed and connections between the prints demonstrated. The unofficial character of these sheets is evident in the missing information on commissioner and period of validity.
