Collecting banknotes. An individual approach

The lecture illuminated the collecting of paper money as a numismatic discipline. Although banknotes were long regarded as a marginal field, they merit attention for their use of colour, production techniques and security features. The speaker shared his personal approach to the subject, which grew out of a professional engagement with historical graphic art and prints.
